Transforming Office Space into a Modern Fitness Facility

We recently completed a comprehensive gym renovation, turning an outdated, underused office area in Waterlooville, into a state-of-the-art high-performance fitness area.

The project began with decommissioning the existing office to make way for an interior transformation. To provide sound insulation, all internal walls were overboarded with acoustic-rated plasterboard, creating a quieter workout environment.

Our team meticulously prepared the space for final finishes – new walls were taped and jointed, ready to be decorated. We also modified electrical points to align with the layout of the gym equipment and installed Cat 6 data cabling for advanced access control and integrated audio, all easily managed through a wall-mounted iPad.

For functionality and style, we installed custom LED linear lighting for good visibility that also complemented the new gym’s sleek and modern look.

Finally, a bold, durable, matt black finish gave the workout space a polished, professional look that is perfect for a high-performance fitness environment.
